2 dashes peach bitters
15ml peach liqueur
Shake ingredients with ice, strain into flute, top with sparkling wine, and garnish with mint sprig.
Lust Gin and Tonic
150ml Pink tonic
Stir ingredients together and serve over ice.
20ml Honey Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lime wedge.
15ml Floral Liqueur
15ml Honey Syrup (equal parts honey and water combined)
20ml Lemon Juice
Add ice to shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
2 oz Beluga Noble Russian Vodka
.25 oz fresh lime juice
Muddle blackberries. Add vodka and lime juice. Shake over ice. Strain into an ice filled double old fashioned (or copper mug). Top off with ginger beer. Stir gently. Garnish with a lime wheel and blackberry.
